Tammiku is a small settlement that grew up around a former mine near Jõhvi, and the address register lists just three streets here. A small place means most buildings went up at the same time to the same design, so doors and locks are alike throughout and the part needed is normally already to hand. For the households further out we agree a time in advance so that one trip settles everything.
